Nirmal Integrated Consultancy, also known as ‘Team-NIC’, founded in year 2001 that admitted its presence in digital world in September 2011, and is later registered with Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi – India in year 2012.
The first and formal name of the company has been blessed by Mrs. Nirmal Jain, a great educationalist and visionary, Ex-Servicewoman from Municipal Corporation of Delhi (INDIA), one of the largest municipal bodies in the world, and the honorable Founder Chairperson of Team – NIC.
Team–NIC brings together the professional forces working in diversified fields to consult upon providing benefits towards a common goal of “Global Economic and Social Growth”. Team – NIC believes in “Business of Quality for Ethical Progresses”. Team – NIC gives special values to the growth of its members while it works for growth of its customers.

He is owner of many patents to his credit.
Dr. Jain, a Certified Professor, holds Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in ‘Software Project Management’, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in ‘Marketing Management’, Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in ‘Computer Science and Engineering’, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in ‘Electronics and Communications Engineering’ along with many other professional certifications from renowned institutions.
Dr. Jain is a proven and appreciated mentor for NAAC/NIRF/NBA/Other academic regulations, a Certified Information and Cyber Security Expert, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Professional, Quality Manager, Certified Lead Auditor for ISO27001:2013 and TL9001 Standards, Certified PCI-DSS and GDPR Implementer, CMMi/SCAMPI ATM, proven Quality Manager, and a Certified Software Tester and Developer. He is a certified Journalist Member of American Press Association.
Dr. Jain He has been honored with “President’s Call of Service Award” from White House (USA) along with an appreciation letter from Barak Obama, the 44th President of the United States of America. He received Gates and Custodian Person of Year 2013 award in Academic Research category. In 2015, Dr. Jain has been named in ‘Top 100 Professionals’ across world by International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England.

Former Vice Chancellor of Sant Baba Bagh Singh University, an expert Mentor and Controller of NAAC Processes at multiple Institutions having vast experience in managing Academic Process and Improvement in large size Universities and Group of Institutions. He maintains a wide network in Research Publications & Extension.
Dr. Jatinder Singh Bal possesses rich experience as NAAC Peer Team Lead for multiple institutions and is passionate about sharing his experience and knowledge. To his credit he has a list of HEI enjoying ‘A’, ‘A+’, and ‘A++’ grades of accreditations.

Prof. (Dr.) Ajay Sareen is leading “HANS RAJ MAHILA MAHA VIDYALAYA” (Jalandhar, Punjab) and under her able guidance the college acquired NAAC A++ Grade with CGPA 3.65/4, in its recent assessment. Prof. Sareen, associated with Team-NIC for more than 05 years, is one of the lead consultant, a subject matter expert, and NAAC Mentor available to support Team-NIC.
