THE 2017 INDIA – AFRICA ICT EXCELLENCE AWARD
Nirmal Integrated Consultancy (Team-NIC) is recognized with the 2017 India-Africa ICT Excellence Award for its innovative and unique business model of “ZERO EMPLOYEE, ZERO BUILDING“. This is to be recognized that Nirmal Integrated Consultancy works on a COMPLETE ENTREPRENEURSHIP BUSINESS MODEL in which every contributor is a partner in the project and works with its complete freedom to innovate, dedication towards the success of the project, and devotion to complete satisfaction of the customer. All partners invest in the projects with their efforts and resources and get the shares in the profits from the project. A unique team along with a unique pool of resources is formed to best suit a project requirement and the team lasts till the life of the project although the mutual bindings, loyalty, and affection lasts till the life of the members.
