The first and formal name of the company has been blessed by Mrs. Nirmal Jain, a great educationalist and visionary, Ex-Servicewoman from the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (INDIA), one of the largest municipal bodies in the world, and the honorable Founder Chairperson of Team–NIC.

A mentor, administrator, advisor, and consultant developed with immense working experience in research, innovation, administration, extension, academics, trainings, corporate, management, information technology, and process compliance (accreditation and management). Prof. (Dr.) Deepak Jain is author of several books and research papers published with leading editorials and journals of national and international repute. He is owner of many patents to his credit.
Dr. Jain, a Certified Full Professor, holds Doctor of Philosophy (PhD.) in ‘Computer Science’ and ‘Software Project Management’, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in ‘Marketing Management’, Master of Technology (MTech) in ‘Computer Science and Engineering’, Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in ‘Electronics and Communications Engineering’ along with many other professional certifications from renowned institutions.
Dr. Jain is Certified Information and Cyber Security Expert, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Professional, Quality Manager, Certified Lead Auditor for ISO27001:2013 and TL9001 Standards, Certified PCI-DSS and GDPR Implementer, CMMi/SCAMPI ATM, proven Quality Manager, and a Certified Software Tester and Developer. He is a certified Journalist Member of American Press Association. Dr. Jain has rich experience in Academic Research, Accreditation and Ranking Processes, and implementation of Process Management Standards (ISO, CMMi etc.).
Dr. Jain is a proven successful and appreciated NAAC Consultant, NIRF Consultant, NBA Consultant, Consultant for Deemed to be University, and other academic regulations. He has been mentoring to many universities and colleges in India for transformation in Academic, Administrative, and Research Processes as per the guidelines of NAAC, NBA, NIRF, UGC 2(f) and 12(B), Deemed University Regulations, and UGC Acts. He has been functional in achieving high scores in NAAC and NIRF for multiple universities and colleges in diversified disciplines including Health Care, Allied Science, Engineering and Technology, Teacher Education, Science, and Arts.
Dr. Jain He has been honored with “President’s Call of Service Award” from White House (USA) along with appreciation letter from Barak Obama, the 44 th President of the United States of America. He received Gates and Custodian Person of Year 2013 award in Academic Research category. In 2015, Dr. Jain has been named in ‘Top 100 Professionals’ across world by International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England.
Dr. Jain has been contributing to support different government and non-government organizations in support of supporting multiple social causes included UN-SDG2030, Innovation Book of Records, Innovate India, Skill India, Common Research Infrastructure Management Extension (CRIME) and many others. Dr. Jain has been volunteering in multiple projects of noble cause across the world and has been consulting many universities and academic institutions across globe for improving their academic, administrative, and research processes and compliance as per NAAC/NBA/NIRF/IAO/Other National and International Academic Accreditation Systems.
